We began by reimagining the home’s flow. Outdated partition walls were removed to open the space between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A neutral luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout for cohesion and durability, maximizing natural light in this San Diego property.
The original kitchen was outdated and closed-off. We expanded the layout, added custom soft-close cabinetry, quartz countertops, a center island with seating, and high-efficiency stainless steel appliances. Subtle under-cabinet lighting and a modern subway-tile backsplash gave the room a polished, welcoming appearance.
Both the master and guest bathrooms were stripped down and rebuilt. Features included glass-enclosed showers, freestanding tubs, floating vanities, and floor-to-ceiling tilework. These upgrades transformed the bathrooms into modern retreats within the heart of Caminito Garcia.
A new bedroom suite was added to the rear of the home, including a spacious walk-in closet and access to the backyard. We also created a bonus room that serves as a flexible space such as a home office, study, or future nursery, giving the Ramirez family more room to grow.
