Prior to the start of this project, the bathroom was a product of a bygone era, defined by a restrictive and dated design. The original layout felt cramped and inefficient, featuring a bulky vanity that offered little storage and an enclosed shower area that made the room feel significantly smaller than its actual dimensions.

Custom Walk-in Shower: We designed and built a spacious, zero-threshold walk-in shower featuring a linear drain, a built-in shampoo niche, and floor-to-ceiling tiling.
Full Plumbing & Electrical Rerouting: All systems were updated and relocated to accommodate the new, more functional layout, including the toilet and vanity.
Modern Fixture Installation: The design features high-contrast, matte black fixtures, including a dual-head rain shower system and a contemporary sink faucet.
Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring: To unify the home’s new aesthetic, durable and stylish wood-look flooring was installed throughout the property.
We used a large-format, light grey porcelain tile on the bathroom walls to create a clean, contemporary look. Its size minimizes grout lines, giving the space a more open, seamless feel, while the neutral tone enhances brightness and versatility.
For the shower floor, we installed a white and black dotted mosaic tile. This classic pattern adds visual interest and contrast to the space, while the smaller mosaic pieces provide extra grip and a safer showering surface.
All fixtures feature a sleek matte black finish, offering a bold, modern touch that complements both the light grey walls and white surfaces. The finish is not only stylish but also highly durable and easy to maintain.
The vanity includes a crisp white countertop paired with a custom-detailed white base cabinet. The design offers a timeless and elegant feel, while providing functional storage and surface space to keep the bathroom clutter-free.
